We are pleased to inform you about the upcoming international conference, Third Places: Spaces for Citizen and Organizational Innovations, which will be held on January 22-23, 2026, at ISM-IAE de Versailles St-Quentin-en-Yvelines (LAREQUOI, Paris-Saclay University).

This conference aims to advance our understanding of third places as hybrid social spaces that foster innovation, civic engagement, and new forms of organizational collaboration. It seeks contributions that critically examine the evolving role of these spaces in the context of social, territorial, and democratic transitions.

  • Deadline for Proposal Submissions: September 15, 2025

  • Deadline for Full Paper Submissions: December 30, 2025

  • Submission Requirements: Proposal title, a concise 150-word summary, 4-6 relevant keywords, and a brief author biography

  • Conference Languages: English and French
